President's Message:
| NOTES: Friday, July 23rd, 2010 |
|
 |
Bill Dick
President |
Please remember, potential new members business categories should be PRE-viewed with the V.P (Clifford Roatch).
In the past few months, we have seen a decline in regular attendance. With that in mind, I have a couple of requests.
- First - Please read the bylaws. Re-acquainting outselves with our mission and member responsibilities might be useful.
- Second - If you know members that have been missing regnular meetings, perhaps a call from a fellow member would be useful. The board will soon be sending lettters to members who consistantly miss our meetings as well.
- Third - This board has been open to suggestions for how we might improve our meetings. If you have a suggestion, bring them up with the board. In person or via email.
IMPORTANT REQUEST FOR SPONSORING MEMBERS
Please contact Clifford Roatch, Vice President of PowerTipps before inviting new members. The V.P. will help to make sure that there are no conflicts with existing members.
Please view the bylaws for updates.
If you have suggestions, please contact one of the board members or send an email to TheBoard@powertipps.com.

This meeting was overseen, for the first time, by its newly elected board members with Gayle White standing in for Treasurer Ralph Kerr.
President Bill Dick opened the meeting with a witty story about geriatric newlyweds, and asked us to mention in our introductions what our businesses can offer newlyweds.

Bonnie Orser, of Action Printers, passed the Appreciation Cup to Jennifer Johnson, of M J Travel, for her willingness to be a stand-in and business friend. |

Speaker: |
| |
Today’s speaker, Mike Lundy, expanded our knowledge of ACN Communications. He pointed out the convenience and versatility of using a single agent to handle utilities, cable TV, broadband, phone, and cell phone services. The cost savings available on cell phones alone should pique your interest.
Next week’s (July 30) the speaker - Bill Sever of NetBest Internet Services
