Each Friday one of our members get an opportunity to share a little (5 - 15 minutes) about themselves, their businesses and more. Their business is our Spotlight Business of the Week.

Speakers are chosen on a voluntary basis with the hope that each member business will have the opportunity to speak in the rotation.

It's an excellent chance for the speakers to share information and practice their presentation skills. For the rest of us, its a chance to listen, ask questions and learn from our fellow members.

Physical therapy can involve may aspects of good health. At this time of year "Degenerative Disk" and "Degenerative Joint" issues can cause a great deal of pain. The loss of cushioning and lubricating capabilities in our joints can allow the body to "lay down" bone to replace those cushions in order to compensate for the "slop".
