Each Friday one of our members get an opportunity to share a little (5 - 15 minutes) about themselves, their businesses and more. Their business is our Spotlight Business of the Week.
Speakers are chosen on a voluntary basis with the hope that each member business will have the opportunity to speak in the rotation.
It's an excellent chance for the speakers to share information and practice their presentation skills. For the rest of us, its a chance to listen, ask questions and learn from our fellow members.

 Lucas Schell,
Performance Capital Mortgage
Lucas shared a bit of history about Performance Capital Mortgage and the two principals; himself (Lucas Schell) and John DeLuca. Long time friends and business associates with a focus on quality customer support.
Both John and Lucas are Northwest natives and are licensed, bonded loan originators for Washington and Idaho. Both are members of the Idaho Mortgage Broker's Association, National Mortgage Broker's Association, Better Business Bureau, as well as active members of the Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene Chambers of Commerce. In addition both are currently working on attaining the designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS).
These days, the borrowers need for residential and business capital and the money available in the marketplace is in a state of transition. Currently, we are seeing that the excesses of the past have prompted many changes in how lenders and borrowers can manage the lending process. How Interest Rates are determined is also evolving into a more "risk based" methodology. This often requires more detail and support documentation than seen in the past.
