Jim spoke briefly about his company and introduced Don Hill of Crescent Electric Supply Co. to speak about lighting and how to save on your electric bill. He shared ways to get Rebates through Avista and the Federal government (USDA) to help pay for the cost of changing lights over to more Eco-friendly lighting
