Our story begins in 1948 with a handful of civilian employees of the Alaska Air Depot. They pooled their savings and volunteered their time to operate the credit union, lending money when banks wouldn’t so they could set down roots in Alaska.
As our community grew, so did the credit union. Today we serve individuals, families, and businesses across Alaska, Washington, Idaho, California, Arizona, and even military bases in Italy.

Kylee Mein - BIO
Kylee was raised in North Idaho and graduated from Lake City High School in Coeur d’Alene. In 2023, Kylee and her husband, Konnor, began growing their family and now have two young boys who keep their home full of laughter and little footsteps.
Kylee has been part of the Global team for more than nine years and has continually expanded her knowledge to better serve members. She earned her Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor certification and uses that expertise to provide financial education and guidance, helping members build credit, consolidate debt, make major purchases, and achieve their financial goals.
